Battle Of The Band 2011 (Laman Budaya)

On 31 December 2011, Battle of the band was held at Laman Budaya .. About 12 band were join the battle including us... For all that we knew, The judges are extremely influenced in 'Rock Kapak' .. The bad news convince us that we have a small chances to bring our band to the first place... Neither 2nd nor 3rd.. And since we got problem with our performance... We are completely stop hoping for the best 3 places and go for the top 10.. Actually we got problem with guitar sound... Emy's guitar was too loud and the effect used was not suitable... Bass sound also got a problem with its volume..

We brought a song from 'Eye Set To Kill' -Deadly Weapon... And a song from 'Flyleaf'-Again.. The members are Nanie(vocal) , Emy (2nd vocal) , Amirul (Bassist), Arep (Drummer).. And Thanks to Udin who sincerely join our band as 2nd guitarist (Section)...

End Of SPM

Today on 6 December .. No more SPM for Amirul and Zulhelmy .. Zulhelmy ended his exam today.. They are looking for job and they are definitely free for now .... Amirul went for an interview today .. He will start work on 8 December at 10pm-7am... And Zulhelmy still looking for job... He decides to sell his guitar to buy a new guitar.. Amirul wants to buy one too but seems like he has to kept his money for his next studies..

On this 30 December , Battle Of The Band will be held at Laman Budaya, Kuala Kangsar ... Eye Escape would like to join the battle and hopefully we have no problem.. Whether we join or not.. We hope there would be crowded more than we expected..

SPM Examination

.. Today on 14 November 2011 is the day where Amirul and Emy sit for SPM examination ... From this day forward they will probably focusing on their studies and have no time for music.. Amirul will end his exam on 30 November while Emy's ends on 6 Disember.. Have a time and prays for their success .. Just in case you wanna know , There is a new club that had been established by Nis Studio.. The club is for those who loves music and Fixie Gear... It's called Silver Youth Club .. They are encourage those who wanted to join.. Just pay RM10 for the fee..

Royal Day For Us

5 NOVEMBER -...Now we are going to announce that we are really gaining the maximum satisfaction ... Never forget today.. we had been experienced the big gig and we are really enjoy... Even though we had some problem on our training day and whatsoever stress come through we are very thankful to those who support us... We appreciate for those who enjoy and appreciate us... And not forget to those headbangers...

For this gig... we are call for a drummer session .. Rizal... We are desperately looking for a drummer on the last day of training because our first place drummer , Arip , has a thing to do at his village... he had to and yes he did.. just for 5 hours , we train Rizal for the songs that we play...

We are so lucky because we perform for the opening... Yeahh~ And as i said.. The crowd just giving the shot for the opening... because they already tired for the next show.. Obviously it was the advantage for us.. We are welcoming the Mind Blank member..

And here for the fixie competition... there are a lot of attractive fixie gear.. The first place get money prize and so the 2nd and 3rd place.. The prize was given away by the VIP himself whose sponsored the gig and the fixie competition.. And big applause to ...

Thanks to Nis Studio who gave us the chance to perform on the day... We will be delighted if they would like to call for us next time.. We will truly never forget today...

Royal Music Fest

So here we are again in another gig but this time we are truly excited for the biggest gig that we are going to be in.. 'Royal Music Fest' ..The gig that we said will be held on Saturday (5 November 2011) is organised by Nis Studio (leha).... in a big hall of Indian Club... For the very first time... Nis Studio organizing a gig.. No fee is charged upon us.. And so upon the other band too... Nis Studio also organizing Fixed Gear Competition along with the gig so that it would be more lively... We are expecting that it would be extremely crowded.. We hope so... It is only RM 20 fees for those who wanted to join the competition... And free gigs entrance..

Along with superb bands ... We are now can be considered to be lucky because we have the opportunity to be in a big gig with those superb bands.. But somehow , there are a few band that withdraw from the gig... We had been asked to pick up more song to be played ... And we are actually in a big trouble to make a decision on song to be played.. Furthermore , We are going to play for the opening gig which means we are the first band to perform...

We are having a trouble to find the 2nd guitarist because Yon is going to be the screamer ... Thus , We are deciding to get a session keyboardist... We get Arif earlier... and later on he had to turn out for another matter and so now we have another session keyboardist named Qayum... But sadly... Neither both are going to join us this time...

We are selected to be the crew for the gig.. We are going to packing up things and move them to the hall and also moving them back after the gig.. We also sincerely help them to sell tickets .. But somehow there are just a few who interested.... We are also will help them to work out the stage on Friday night

Gig Attack Studio

.... On Sunday , 16 October 2011... Here comes the gig in attack studio.. We are so delighted to be in there coz everybody is giving an extremely support... The crowd are truly the obvious superb.. They are really enjoy themselves as headbanger... We have the opportunity to make a friend with Mind Blank member and also give them support.. They are great.. We will get to know with other bands too if we have the opportunity next time... Many band were joined and some other did not present themselves coz maybe for some reason... 'Futurerama' did not attend and so did 'Made Faker' ... They were being replace with 'Alia' band.... which another band from Kuala Kangsar like us too...

.... Along with Arev , Emy , Zuhair , Yon , Nani and Amirul... We get back home early after Alia Performance ...It seem that we will not get Nani for the next gig coz we had been informed that her parent wont allowed her to join us again... For the next Gig , We will find the replacement... But we did not know how long we will be without her...

Project Band

After the NKOB gig , We are getting an idea to make a project band... by the name ' EYE ESCAPED' ... Along with Amirul , Arev , Amy , Yon and Nani... But once in a while we will invite sessional member like Joe.... But we are also about to take on this project band as our main band... We are more likely to be focusing on this band even more after this... We are still in trouble on choosing the best decision to keep the permanent line up...

Maybe 'Eye Escaped' will get on replacing 'This Romantic Misery'... by the name Eye Escape... We are so grateful because we had been given a chance to perform on gig... Just in a few weeks, we are performing on stage for 4 event including 3 event that we had been invited and will be coming at the end of this year..

We are now get ready for GIG on this sunday... It is our showtime once again ... We will on stage at Attack Studio... We are going to play Eyes Set To kill & Paramore.. We welcoming to those Teenagers and to those who are very dedicate in music... Flyers had been taken out.. We are really waiting for this moment...We intend to make friend with other bands in order to build realtionship with them... So that we will be support each other and to get people to know us... For this gig , We are the only band from Kuala Kangsar and the rest are from Ipoh mostly...

We did it ... We had been there and giving the best shot from us... After what we had been through... We are finally enjoy the satisfaction... They are so welcoming and we have a good reception from the crowd... They seem so enjoy , respect and give a big applause for us... We are just so thankful for the first delighted gig we are having today eventhough the heat are so damn hot.. No doubt, We admit it.. We had give the best effort and now we are get what we want.. satisfaction...
